"I just wanted to convey my extreme thanks with your help in choosing my daughter's piano. As a first time piano buyer i had no idea what do do and you were so helpful and patient and explained all the options to me. Your website was also very clear and easy to follow with wondeful pictures of your pianos. Once i had chosen my piano of choice, i was amazed to hear that you would deliver it the same week! Not something we are used to hearing in England! Your delivery men were on time and very discreet, even taking their shoes off before entering my house. Two weeks later i called your piano tuner Alan Evans to do a house visit which he did the very next day. He was so professional and even listened patiently while my daughter played him her favourite tunes. I was also surprised that this was in fact a free first session.
